This edition of Olympics had brought great surprise and joy for the country. Abhinav Bindra did it for us in shooting earning us a much awaited gold. We also got 2 bronze medals thanks to Susheel Kumar, who won a bronze in 66Kg wrestling and to Vijayendar who got us a bronze in boxing.
I really don't know what was the last time India had 3 medals in one olympics. We need more champions like these.

Yes, I too feel the absence of such a sportsman who can bring us more medals and good name to India.
